Enjoy your stay In This modern farmhouse re-built on the exact location of the original farm house from 1903! Relax on a large property along the banks of the Susquehanna River In style. Quiet bedroom, living/dining room and private bath in older home, perfect for a short or longer stay. Private entrance. Double bed and a fold out cot/mattress. Totally private space is really like a one bedroom apartment. Located five minutes from DuBois Regional Medical Center and downtown DuBois. Ten minutes from the DuBois Penn State Campus. Simply furnished, but comfortable. Coffee maker (Keurig) and coffee. AC, Microwave and Refrigerator. Wifi . TV with basic cable. Pets Welcome.

Guest House

The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.
