She has her own large sundeck, sunken outdoor bath and cinema, sun recliners, fire pit & far reaching rural views. Escape to Outshot Barn for a true country getaway on a working farm. Immersed in rural tranquillity you can make the most of the great outdoors, heading out for walks and bike rides straight from your front door. Summer days are spent splashing in the swimming pool (open Easter-October half term, weather dependant) and cooking on the barbecue, while on cooler evenings you can curl up in front of the woodburner. Originally the blacksmith's workshop, the Forge has been converted with architectural flair to create an airy open living space with a huge super-king bedroom downstairs + roll top bath and washroom. Additional mezzanine area with built in bed, and below a second bathroom (WC/shower). Large and lofty sitting room with widescreen TV and sprawling sofas. A raised deck captures the afternoon and evening sun and a fire pit area with blankets makes for cosy evenings stargazing. The Cabin is air-conditioned, has a Super-King size bed, luxurious cotton sateen linen and a stylish shower room with fluffy towels. There is fast WiFi, a smart TV, Bose sound system and a well equipped kitchen.

Take Welcome to our stunningly spacious 6-bedroom retreat. This captivating haven is the perfect escape for families, friends, or corporate gatherings. Boasting a hot tub, 30ft indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, outside Hot tub and a games room. Plenty of outside space, including fishing and canoeing rights on the river. Pets are allowed at this property but there is an additional charge of £36. Min 3 Canoes/Kayaks and Fishing equipment are not supplied.

A delightful two bedroom cottage detached from our property set in an idyllic, unspoilt valley overlooking a large natural swimming pool. Located in-between the towns of Abergavenny and Monmouth and nestled within view of the black mountains from our lane. We are close to the Offa's Dyke and the Three Castles walks. 'The Halfway' pub is 3/4 mile down our lane. Abergavenny is known as the ‘food capital’ of Wales and boasts some superb restaurants nearby.

It’s ideal for a family of five or 2 couples with flexible bed arrangements - 2nd room can be twin or super king layout.

Billy Goat Cabin and Swimming Pool

We offer a restful, rustic, rural retreat. Our 3 sites are situated either side of a small woodland on our farm and in a third corner of the field. The Cabin plus 2 small bedrooms offer beds for 8. Our shepherds hut and Railway Wagon both offer a kingsize bed. Perfect for groups to book together making the site exclusive. The indoor heated swimming pool is a hugely popular attraction which guests can use exclusively during their visit.

The bothy has been converted to a unique level, combining the best of modern facilities and materials without sacrificing any of the original charm of this timber framed, slate roofed building. Enjoying unrivalled views across the Sugar Loaf and Black Mountains, the bothy is the perfect nest from which to embark on wide-ranging walks or snuggle up with a book while the weather passes across the enormous viewing window.
