Come and relax in the peaceful surroundings of this rural destination. Nestled on the outskirts in the popular Loess Hills of western Iowa the views of nature are sure to inspire. We have built our very roomy home to resemble a barn. Having raised our 13 children here we have some empty space. Grandpa and Grandma's apartment is a very inviting homey atmosphere for any one passing through or planning a lengthier stay in our area you will be happy with our family friendly accommodations & price.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful property or make it an off-the-grid couple's retreat. This riverside home is the perfect place for a fishing getaway, a guys or girls' trip, a book club or quilting weekend, or a family river vacation. Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and eat at the dining room table that seats 6, or dine alfresco and enjoy the river views and firepit. You can also relax in the above-ground pool from June to mid-Sept. or, at the end of the day, enjoy the spa bath.

Comfortable, Convenient, Private Basement!

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Enjoy the privacy of having the basement to yourself! I have a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom fully finished basement. The bedroom has a King Sized bed. With a Twin XL bed in the living area! You will have a convenient private entrance/exit through the walk out basement. As well as your own driveway on the property. The living area is open, comfortable, and provides a 43' Smart TV with all the common streaming services.

Dahlia House is a modern A-frame retreat for two in the heart of Omaha’s Benson Creative District. Thoughtfully curated, as featured in Architectural Digest, it features many unique touches and amenities — sauna, wood-burning hot tub, etc. — to help you find what exactly what you need, and to leave rejuvenated. Please note: Each stay is curated with great care, and we have a firm cancellation policy. Dahlia House hosts two registered guests only, and no unapproved visitors are permitted.

Apartment in Historic Neighborhood

Main floor apartment in a quiet tree lined neighborhood full of character & charm. Relaxing front porch and back patio. Art sourced from our travels & a fully stocked kitchen. Only two blocks to Downtown Council Bluffs where you can grab a meal, drinks, or shop. Downtown Omaha, airport, Iowa Western Community College, Stir Cove, the Omaha zoo are all within 15 minutes. It is a historic home so will have quirks that come with an older home. The bathroom is a hand held shower/bath only.

Grain Bin Getaway

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Private Space, Walk-Out Basement of suburban home.

Our cozy, quiet, home backs to walking trail, creek & prairie. Easy access to interstate, restaurants & shopping. You have private access to our walk-out basement w/bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette, + board games, books, ping pong, our backyard and a nearby park. The bedroom has a Cal King bed & dark, cool sleeping. The family room includes two twin beds and a twin mattress on floor, plus our large comfy sofa and floor to ceiling windows showcasing our green space.

The Hidden Garden at Blackstone

Newly renovated second floor of a carriage house located on a historic property in the popular Blackstone District. Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners. Although situated in the middle of the city, the unit feels secluded from its urban environment and looks out onto a garden surrounded by trees, shrubs and flowers and is in walking distance to many restaurants and bars in both the Blackstone District and Midtown Crossing.

The Rendezvous- A perfect Fall getaway!

This newly built carriage house features a spacious upstairs studio apartment in a quiet, wooded neighborhood. It is perfect for peaceful getaways or business travel. You will enjoy a comfy king sized bed, efficient work space, full kitchen with modern appliances, and a laundry room. This gem sits on its own lot and is surrounded by trees. It is conveniently located just one mile south of Blair with easy access to highway 75 and a short scenic drive into downtown Omaha.

Your Studio 19

You will find a simple, clean and affordable studio apartment. The apartment is a safe and quiet space to relax and retreat or concentrate and work. The fully equipped kitchen and the refrigerator/freezer makes it a great place to prepare a meal. Great for weekly or extended monthly stays. We offer no charge parking or for use of our washers and dryers. Guest can however arrange to pay Maria for weekly or monthly instay cleaning and laundry services as needed.

Cheerful home with indoor Fireplace & King beds

We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard. Fully stocked kitchen should have most everything you'd need to prepare and serve a nice meal. We look forward to hosting you.

Welcome to our family home, designed & built by Dr E R Stewart in 1911, & owned by 4th gen Stewarts, great-grandson Jon, and wife, Mary. The Stewart House, conveniently located, is in easy walking of distance of historical downtown Blair. Nearby attractions: Loess Hills, Desoto National Wildlife Refuge, Ft. Atkinson, Wash. Co. Museum, College World Series, Old Market, Henry Doorly Zoo, Lauritzen Gardens, & Buffet's Meetings!
