West Kirby - a beautiful seaside town. Quirky streets, bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and stunning countryside - there’s something for everyone. Orrysdale Road is just a 5 min walk from the beach, lake, prom & town centre. Also within a 5 min walk is a train station with trains to Liverpool (waterfront, arena etc) each 20 mins (20min train journey). There are 2 good sized and charming double bedrooms, & a single. Fully equipped, newly decorated, garden inc bike shed. Great location and house!

We’re an outdoorsy family of 5+3 rescue dogs and having lived in the cabin ourselves we can vouch that’s it’s as comfy and homely as it is quirky and cool. Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

The Stables annexe is located in a beautiful courtyard setting with private entrance and free off road parking. From the courtyard, you step into the open plan lounge area. Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are several country pubs within walking distance all serving good food. The nearest being a short 2 minute walk away. Beautiful walks from the door onto Thurstaston Common, Royden Park. Regular local bus and train services into Liverpool.

Our 3 bedroomed house is situated in a semi rural situation, in the historical village of Irby. Here you will find 2 pubs, 2 restaurants, shops and amenities. We are close to a number of beaches including Thurstaston and West Kirby, and are within 300 metres of Thurstaston common which provides wonderful walks through the ancient woods of Roydon Park. There are a number of golf courses on our doorstep, including Caldy, Royal Liverpool and Wallasey.

A peaceful retreat in a stunning setting

The views from the apartment are amazing. You are next to the sailing club and near several golf courses . Within walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. The walks in the area are many and you have direct access to the beach from the garden. Don’t leave your dog at home. I love well-behaved dogs and they will love the beach. The apartment is very quiet being well away from the main road.
