Az apartman modern, de mégis komfortosan van berendezve, amely ideális nagyobb családnak, bárátoknak vagy párok számára. Az apartman területén egy medence is van. A tágas kertben több napozási és pihenési lehetőség is van, emellett a gyerekek számára is egy kis játszótér és gyerekmedence is rendelkezésre áll.

Az épület Műemlékvédelem alatt áll és igényesen felújított. A ház a Hamvas Béla borút mentén a Műemlék pincesoron található. A Balaton csupán 10 percre van biciklivel. Körülötte nagy terasz, lugas csodálatos kilátás és egy élettel teli szőlőskert vár. Reggelente a végtelen csöndben a szemközti kukoricaföldet az őzikék és nyulak örömmel látogatják.

Az udvaron szép környezetben egy kerti Tó található , mely fűrdőzésre is alkalmas . Központ 3km autóval könnyen meg közelíthető élelmiszer bolt , étterem . Közelben a híres Csisztapusztai termálfürdő is megtalálható.

A lakás jól felszerelt, 2 hálószobával rendelkezik és amerikai konyhás nappalija csendes kis teraszra nyílik. Pár száz méterre, a kastély parkjában wellnes, medence, szauna és teniszpálya is található. Több étterem is van sétatávolságra, a közeli Zala Springs Golf Clubban pedig golfozási és wellnes lehetőség is várja a kikapcsolódni vágyókat.
