Coach House Cottage a perfect seaside retreat

Coach House Cottage is an old Fishermans cottage above what used to be a stables and coach store (Now a dinosaur and fossil museum). Well situated, above the main street, in the lower part of Robin Hoods Bay it is moments from the beach, the dock, and the hustle and bustle of village life. The cottage is approached along cobbled alleys and/or up a series of stone steps. It is set in its own private back alley. Due to its location our much loved cottage is not for you if steps are an issue!

It is situated in a tranquil location overlooking the bay and town below. A full renovation was undertaken in 2020 to a high specification. A lovely self catering holiday apartment,sleeps 2 and dogs are welcome. It’s situated above the lovely laurel inn pub. The kitchen/lounge area has WI-FI,recliner and easy chair,and a table and chairs. The bedroom has a quality double bed,hanging space and a smart t.v. Bedding and towels are provided. The bathroom has a shower,toilet,sink and a heated towel rail. ACCESSIBILITY- we are sorry to say that our rooms are not suitable for those with limited mobility,due to the steepness of stairs.

Summerfield Bungalow

Summerfield bungalow is located just outside the village of Hawsker, midway between Whitby & Robin Hood’s bay. The bungalow is private, detached, not overlooked & is spacious, bright with stunning views from every window. From the front you can see Whitby Abbey and harbour, from the side there’s a lovely view of All Saints church approx 20 metres away & from the rear there are uninterrupted views of the Yorkshire countryside. The gardens extend to around a third of an acre and are secure.

Woodside shepherd hut offers a peaceful stay and is nestled on the grounds of our beautiful family home in Hawsker. If you enjoy walking, the cinder track which joins Whitby and Scarborough is just around the corner. There are many lovely walks around the area and there is a local pub is close by. The hut is well equipped and includes a double bed ( linen & towels included ) kitchen area , log burner, shower/toilet, free WI-FI, a gravelled area outside with fire pit and free parking.

Also perfect for exploring the bustling fishing town of Whitby which is just a couple of miles down the road.

It is very well equipped with gas fire in lounge area and electric radiators in bathroom and bedrooms with extra mobile radiator if required. its ideal for family holidays and walkers .robin hoods bay 5 minutes away where there is beach and pubs which do good food . whitby is 10 minutes for oldy worldy shops etc. close to heartbeat country . There is bus halt and end of lane.

It has a living room / kitchen, a double bedroom with ensuite wet room. There is a small outside seating area where you can sit and watch the world go by. Approx 100 yards from the beach, this perfectly formed unique cottage is ideal for two. We offer parking space for small/medium sized car at owners risk.

This former fisherman's cottage in the heart of the old village of Robin Hood's Bay, just steps from the beach, boasting panoramic sea views across the bay. The cottage is set over three floors and lovingly renovated by owners Daphne & Chris. Three bedrooms two double and one twin and two bathrooms one with bath and one with shower. Second floor balcony with sea views, children must be supervised.
