SuiteVista is close to Beautiful Mill Hill Park in a quiet neighborhood with a view of mountains and mighty trees. Just a 30 min walk or 6 min drive to Goldstream (the heart of Langford). Royal Roads University is only a 15 min bike ride away. The evenings are so peaceful here. During the day you hear the neighboring sounds sometimes but still peaceful most of the time. SuiteVista was just renovated. SuiteVista has its own laundry room and an electric fireplace. WiFi, Cable and Parking included.

Oceanus, 30 min to Victoria, 15 min to Langford

Only 30 min from downtown Victoria, Oceanus offers a relaxing retreat/romantic sanctuary. Featuring a king-size bed, a queen-size pullout sofa, and a crib, this garden suite accommodates up to four adults. Oceanus has a full kitchen, equipped with all you need to prepare delicious meals, including a blender, a mixer, and a BBQ grill. Oceanus also offers a full bathroom, free laundry, parking, and fast internet (PureFibre), a cozy yet roomy space, and a private backyard with gorgeous views.

The Sea Nest - Your Ocean Retreat

The Sea Nest - A welcoming oasis for all is located within Colwood, part of Greater Victoria. (Provincial Registration # H420984100. Municipal Licence # 5533.) A beautiful studio and patio with its own private entrance. It is 15 to 20 minutes from Victoria and is on a bus route. Walk 1/2 a block to a 3 Km beach, look across at Victoria and the Olympic Mountains and you may see otters and whales. Across Esquimalt Lagoon, a bird sanctuary, is Dunsmuir castle, part of Royal Roads University.

With 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms & an open living space, this is the perfect place to relax & connect with travel partners! J&F placed a big emphasis on outdoor entertaining with a massive covered deck, the picnic table patio, & access to a cedar barrel sauna! Whether coming from close or far, you deserve it!

Centrally located, we’re 15-20 minutes from the ferry, airport, and downtown, 10 minutes to Butchart Gardens, and 5 minutes to great hiking and biking. Nearby, you’ll find charming farms and restaurants. The closest bus stop is 2 km away. Your suite includes a fridge, microwave, Keurig, and kettle for basic meal prep. No smoking or scented products, please!

Our quiet family neighbourhood is only 15.8 km (10 miles) or 25 minutes to the bustling downtown.
