2 story loft in recently built ultra-modern building. Minimal and clean, but with all of the essentials. Wall of glass floods this unit with natural light and opens to a large private terrace. Conveniently located in the heart of Hillcrest, only 2 blocks to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Ralphs grocery store, and many great restaurants, bars and boutique shops. Just minutes to Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, The San Diego Zoo, and Mission Beach. Paid reserved parking available.

Dog friendly in heart of Hillcrest

This is a dog friendly home with no extra dog fees and a great backyard that is strictly yours and your pups to enjoy. Airbnb calls it a guest suite but it is one room that is attached to the back of my house with private entrance, deck, private bath, microwave, frig, keurig machine with pods (no kitchen) and one free off street parking space big enough to fit a Ford F-150 trucK. There is some highway noise outside but windows are double-paned, so quiet inside. Smoking is fine outside.
