Complimentary breakfast and coffee bar that includes a variety of options. There are views of our pond from the unit's entrance. Aside from our fenced, friendly backyard chickens and ducks, it's very common to see deer, groundhogs, bunnies, beavers, frogs, owls, hawks, and much more around the property!

The 2 unit Townhouse sits on 5.14 acres of land and was recently remodeled. One unit we rent-out; the second unit we live in with our family We are located: 20 minutes from Condord NH, 30 minutes from Manchester NH 40 minutes from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from New England college in Henniker NH. The nearby pond is 0.5 mile. away where you can canoe, kayak, and fish. The suite is located in the unit that we rent out through the Airbnb. It is newly constructed with a fresh decor.
