Make memories at this unique, family-friendly cabin. The 2-bedroom "Pond Cabin" sits in the heart of Vallecito. The cabin is fully furnished and stocked with all kitchen supplies for cooking, 100% cotton linens, and paper products (paper towels, trash bags, TP, Kleenex). We only use clean cleaning products. The cabin has a great front porch with a hot tub and a fire pit out front. The pond is stocked with trout (fish food is provided to feed them), and there is a creek on the property, too.

The Bunk House

This uniquely comfortable cabin is super cute and refreshingly FUN !!! With Vallecito Lake views and direct access, via a walk, off your own comfortable private deck. The large master bedroom is a perfect romantic retreat. If kids or extra family are in the mix, they will love the bunk house loft it will surely please with its 3 comfortable beds! (Please note that the loft has a low ceiling height & ladder steps.) Your family will enjoy lots of outdoor space on this extra large property!

Victorian Mansion (Walk to Downtown)

2,750 sq ft Victorian Lake City home 10 min walk to most shops and restaurants downtown. Large comfy beds, BBQ, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, and tons of board games. Remodeled 2024. Plenty of room for friends and family with 3 master suites (each with private bathrooms), a kids room with 4 bunk beds, and two large living rooms. Property is on .5 acres allowing plenty of parking. Oversized 2-car garage with ~6 additional parking spaces outside for OHVs, trailers, and other vehicles.

Red Fox Retreat : a charming homestead

Welcome to the Red Fox Retreat, a log cabin on 2 acres in a mountain “neighborhood” (with red fox). There are four bedrooms (one detached in a little back cabin) and three bathrooms (one is detached). If you do NOT need to use the detached extra bed and bath, please let me know so my cleaners can schedule their time accordingly. 🐶We love dogs but please select that you’re bringing (up to two) due to a $100 total fee.

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
