Besides 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, the apartment offers a beautiful outdoor area with a total of 3 sunny balconies.

Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
