Tucked among towering trees on 10 acres, this authentic log cabin retreat offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience—just 1 mile from the Little Miami River and scenic bike trail. King's Island, a local attraction and Lebanon are only 20 minutes away. Wake up surrounded by nature, where mornings are quiet, golden, and unhurried. This historic structure was originally a 2-story log home built in 1813. The home was used as an Inn or tavern along the Old Federal Road leading from Columbus to Springfield. In 2020, the decision was made to disassemble the second floor of the original cabin and then reassemble it on a new foundation with walk-out basement. This rebuilt cabin overlooks Deer Creek and a 50 plus acre wetlands area. The property is 1 mile from I-70 and is only a 30-minute drive to Columbus, OH.

We are open for guests! The Cabin at Maple View is located a quarter mile off of the highway down a long twisting driveway. It is tucked back in the woods and away from it all. You notice the Amish craftsmanship as soon as you arrive. You are surrounded by 80 acres of manicured woods and a huge yard. The environment is welcoming. The atmosphere is warm. Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.
