Located between Pigeon Mountain and Lookout Mountain in north Georgia. The cottage offers full amenities and full kitchen. NO PETS PLEASE! I have a dog that shares the yards. This cottage is in the country! 2 lane curvy hilly roads. Mountain roads nearby. I can't do anything about the roads out here.

The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
