Hello! This Studio Guest quarter is located in the hills near the Hollywood Sign. It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

Private Suite in the beautifully winding roads of the Hollywood Hills; 5 min drive to Universal studios; 5 min walk to Runyon Canyon. Private Bathroom; Queen Bed; Disney+/HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Free parking spot. The suite is deep-cleaned: interior surfaces, remotes, handles, linens cleaned at high temps - we all need a bit of peace of mind these days :) To increase value, I lowered the price to allow for LA’s Hotel Tax; High costs these days, and I wanted to help out wherever I could :)

Note: the house is not child-proofed for crawling infants or roaming toddlers and therefore not recommended.
