De vakantiewoning is gelegen aan de dorpsweide Wijk aan Zee en ligt op loopafstand (10 minuten) van het strand en de zee. De woning is standaard geschikt voor twee personen, tegen toeslag uit te breiden tot max. 4 pers., en bestaat uit een woonkamer gecombineerd met keuken, aparte toilet en een aparte badkamer en op de verdieping 4 slaapplaatsen. Las Dunas is een gezellige en ruim opgezette, complete, warme en zelfvoorzienende accommodatie vlakbij het strand en beschermd duingebied! Het beschikt over een privé tuin en eigen opgang. Veel activiteiten als wandel, fiets en windsurf mogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving. Geschikt voor maximaal 4 personen. Let op! Er zijn geen kind-specifieke-aanpassingen gedaan in het appartement.

Beautiful detached chalet in our backyard with a heated pool (approximately May-October 1st). Plenty of privacy and warmly decorated. Beautifully located in Santpoort Zuid near the beaches of Bloemendaal, Zandvoort, and Ijmuiden. At the entrance to the Kennemerduinen dunes. Also within cycling distance: Haarlem, the best shopping city in the Netherlands, with its many restaurants and cozy pubs. Easily accessible by train and only 30 minutes from Amsterdam city center.

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

Loft in oude Brandweerkazerne van Wijk aan Zee

Kom overnachten in de oude Wilhelminaschool uit 1884. In een rustige straat ligt ons gebouw dat ooit als school werd gebouwd, toen als Brandweerkazerne fungeerde en waar wij nu mogen wonen. Dit derde klaslokaal is met veel liefde en geduld opgeknapt en is nu omgetoverd tot een knusse Loft van 70m2. Omdat de ruimte een open trap en vrij open balustrade heeft is het appartement niet geschikt voor kleine kinderen. Kids vanaf 7 jaar zijn welkom.

The studio (part of our own house) has it's own entrance, terrace, a living, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. Free parking is available. The studio is ideal for two adults. Baby's are welcome untill 9 months.
