Nested in the small town with walking distance to the Wildcat Creek and a convenient store, this is your home away from home. Installed R.O. system to provide clean drinking water. Just a short drive to Kokomo, The City of First. For a larger group, you can book the other side, Greentown Exec (3 bedrooms, 2 full baths) together if available.

This renovated carriage house is adjacent to our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian and is a registered historical landmark of Kokomo, Indiana. The garden cottage gets it’s name by being surrounded by beautiful lush perennial gardens. Only registered guests allowed. Small, well trained, apartment dogs under 12lbs allowed.
