Perched atop a steep hill, you’ll catch every magical sunrise and enjoy the changing light in the evening as the shadows fall over the land. Our tiny home offers a slower pace of life, is solar powered and has everything you need for an unforgettable stay – including a outdoor bath so you can bathe under the stars!

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm, Mansfield

The Hut at Elm Tree Farm is a place to switch off and reconnect with nature. It sits on 160 rolling acres and is surrounded by a 5000 acre working farm. It is an off grid restored shearer's hut with a separate bathroom/toilet and outdoor kitchen. USB charging is available. The hut operates on 12 volt power and gas is provided for water heating and cooking. There is a indoor fireplace for warmth and an outdoor firepit for fun. It is for guests who enjoy outdoor adventures! Note unfenced dams.

"The Muddy" - luxury mudbrick barn conversion

''The Muddy" is an adult only luxury barn conversion on the outskirts of the beautiful township of Alexandra, at the gateway to Victoria's high country and Lake Eildon. Sitting on 4 acres with a spectacular rural outlook, the Muddy is fully self contained within beautifully landscaped private gardens, all just a 2 minute drive to Alexandra. With a wood fire heater and air conditioning, this is the ideal couples get away in both summer and winter, all less than 2 hours away from Melbourne.

Villa Jones, perched on one of Eildon‘s prime locations, offers a mid century modern retreat with sprawling grounds. Designed in the 60s by Architect James Earle , this single level residence ensures privacy amidst lush Gardens and panoramic views. Equipped with modern amenities , Fully equipped kitchen, heating/cooling , Wi-Fi and Swimming pool , promises a relaxing holiday experience. Eildon Village /splash park a stone‘s throw away, granting easy access to all the area has to offer.

Hand-built by our grandfather in 1976 from Canadian cedar logs, [ˈkābɪn] holds a dear place in our hearts. We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Anstee Cottage - Luxury in the heart of town

Located a short stroll from the Main Street of Mansfield, Historic Anstee Cottage was one of the first homes built in Mansfield circa 1885. It has been fully renovated and beautifully restored into a 2 bedroom luxury Victorian period cottage with your own entrance, veranda & front garden. Set in a english cottage garden with roses outside your bedroom windows for you to enjoy. A house has been built at the back of the cottage which is connected by a locked door where I live.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

In the warmer months take a dip in the pool with breathtaking views or swim in lake Eildon. In cooler months enjoy the wood heaters, or skiing at Mt Buller. High country hikes, horse and motorcycling all year round. BBQ & Pizza oven on site.
