Enjoy a BBQ on you own private deck in the evening sun. We'll say hello if we pass on the drive otherwise we'll leave you alone, unless you need something of course.

Incredibly local to Howick Village, only a short walk to cafes, bars, shops, and supermarkets. Walking distance to Owairoa Primary. A quiet unit above a double garage that is not used often, and is separate from the main house with no internal access.

The apartment is well appointed and ideal for travellers or visiting family. Our apartment is quiet and private and is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families .
