This listing is half of a house that has been divided into two separate apartments, at times there is some transfer of sound in the living area.

Blue is a contemporary bungalow 200m from Clifton Beach. On the deck of the bungalow is a 1.8m round timber hot tub that is always hot and your to use exclusively, great in summer or winter. Blue is one of three new bungalows on a 5 acre block. We live in one, rent another and short stay Blue. You share the site but will have privacy as you wish or say hi and have a chat. Clifton is a friendly end of the road beach community.
