Fabulous cosy barn conversion located in a quaint village but a stones throw from many of the lovely beaches located on the east Yorkshire coast. Fantastic wood burning hot tub in the rustic outside den for your private use. You will have the whole barn to yourself including balcony which includes a charcoal BBQ, you can sit and chill while watching the sun go down. Also private side garden. Inside there is a roaring log burner to snuggle up to. Pets are welcome but are limited to one please.

The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is a perfectly formed family bathroom complete with a bath and overhead shower. A well appointed self catering kitchen opens onto the living/dining room again with a panoramic view of Filey Bay. A travel cot and high chair can be requested for the smallest of our guests.

The ground floor comprises a generous entrance hall and large open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. There is ample seating for both dining and relaxing and 3 sets of bifold doors open onto a patio and BBQ area with outdoor seating. There are unrestricted sea views and a large grassed area which is perfect for children and our furry friends to play on.

Convenient for the shops and supermarket, plus the many cafes and restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment doesn’t have a parking space but it is very close to roads that do have free parking.
