The Birmingham House

Hello! Our home is 3 minute walk to downtown. We are close to restaurants, theaters and shops. We focus on comfort and fun with all the necessities for families, couples and solo travelers. The home offers an open living area, fully equipped kitchen, sunroom, four bedrooms and a games room. We also have a hot tub available for our guest. Free parking for up to 3 vehicles and WIFI available. We will do our best to make your stay memorable and comfortable. Please note we do not allow parties.

The Brew House

Our place is a 2 minute drive from the "Prettiest Town in Canada", Goderich, Ontario. It is a 1400sq ft, fully furnished, space for people to enjoy. The kitchen, dining area, 2 piece bath, small living room/ fireplace, and full laundry (free) are located on the main level. The second level offers a large living room with seasonal river views and street views. There is an extra table and chairs, ideal for playing games. The two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also located on the 2nd level.

Walk 10 minutes to the Point Clark Lighthouse and beach to play some volleyball or just relax on the sandy shores. Cook up dinner and take it across the street to eat on the beach - trust us, you won’t want to miss the beauty of a Point Clark sunset.

This is a very clean and bright 1 bedroom basement apartment with your own living room ,bathroom and kitchen nook (no cookstove or kitchen sink) . We do live upstairs so if you need anything we are close by. There is a big yard for you to enjoy and gazebo. Lot's of parking. We have a lot of guest's visiting Grand Bend ..it is 26 km from our house (25 Minute Drive) . Come see what small town living feels like. FYI 2 Guest's Only/Not Suitable For Children/Babies/Pets..Thanks

The Birdhouse Cottage in Point Clark

Welcome to the Birdhouse. This cottages holds 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. You'll first notice the wall of windows that lets the light shine into the kitchen/living room, as much as it's beautiful on sunny days, its extremely cozy during raining/snowy days. The yard is big enough for all sorts of yard games, and a fire pit! Property also comes with trailer electrical and water hook up. A 10 minute walk and you'll be at the main beach in Point Clark.
