Enjoy a modern scandi-coastal mix of design with 3 large bedrooms, separate "snug" with luxury sofa bed, 2 high spec bathrooms, a large open plan lounge and dining room, downstairs toilet and well-equipped kitchen. Seaview Studio

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. With stunning Sea views this peaceful location captures the sea breeze and the sound of birds singing. A stay here provides the perfect location to explore the Kent coast and all that the location offers. Visit the Giraffes at Port Lympne Safari Park or the Battle of Britain Memorial Museum, or many of the events in the growing art and music scene or simply relax in one of the many local cafés by the beach and soak up the sun along the promenade.

The two-storey guesthouse is a modern extension (built 2019) to the main house (built 1852). The ground floor has two bedrooms and a bright bathroom/WC. Upstairs, the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area features high ceilings and opens to a decked garden with hot tub/jacuzzi and BBQ — perfect for relaxing. A 3rd sleeping room is a small loft with 2 single beds, is accessed by a ladder (not suitable for young children) This is a peaceful retreat, not suited to parties or loud gatherings

The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you should require. Situated in the small town of Hythe it’s a short walk to shops pubs and restaurants . The accommodation Sleeps up to four with a double bed and large day bed . Facilities include wet room sleeping/living and kitchen facilities. There is Also a small outside seating area which has a barbecue and pull out washing line . Sandling train station is close by Connecting to Ashford/Dover/London Dover castle within ten miles

Newly decorated with contemporary, stylish furnishings offering you all your home from home comforts. There's also a good sized, totally enclosed rear garden along with a lovely front patio area with wonderful sea-views, perfect for those summer evening sundowners! There's plenty of off-street parking and storage for bikes etc in a small garage.

Watch the sun go down over the bay or stroll beside the Royal Military Canal to the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway. With three golf courses just a short drive away, this home has everything for the perfect staycation.

Cosy 2 bedroom bungalow, 5 min drive to the sea

Delightful 2 bedroom bungalow + sofa bed in lounge, with front & back garden, decking area, summer house, gas BBQ, private parking, and disabled access. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower with a handrail, and shower stool. There is plenty to do in the local area with the Royal Military Canal, Port Lympne zoo, Folkestone Harbour Arm, and the beaches of Hythe and Dymchurch all close by.

Lovely Seaside Retreat

No 2 Cobden Road is the first in a row of 4 period cottages with direct pedestrian access to the beach 200 yards away. Hythe hosts a long pebble beach which stretches to Folkestone with stunning views of the English Channel. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, dining and living room. Free wifi and smart TV. Lovely countryside and beach walks and free use of 2 bicycles. The garden is private, though the cottage next door is granted access through if needed

Seaside Hythe

Our top floor apartment is situated right on the seafront. Triple windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea. Take a stroll along Hythe's beautiful beach, or a short wander to the High Street and soak up the cafe culture. Relax in the lounge and take in the sea views or prepare a delicious meal in the modern and fully equipped kitchen. The much-loved farmhouse table comfortably sits 6. Fast wifi and virgin TV, a large collection of DVD titles.

Cosy Garden Cottage with sea views

This charming little cottage is the perfect break away from the hustle and bustle of normal life. With sea views and in a tranquil setting with a short walk to the high street with plenty of historic features in the local area. There is a single bed which must be requested upon booking (extra £10 per night). I am afraid we do not accept pets or children under 10 years old.

The View Sandgate Beach

This is a home from home but with a hotel feel experience, with exquisite views of the ocean out of the windows, its a really special place for a couple of nights or more away from home taking in the sea views. Once you walk into the apartment no small detail has been forgotten from a comfy king size bed with 100% linen bedding and a fully equipped kitchen.
