The house has a total area of 46 sq.m. and includes a kitchen, one bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a sofa bed with an additional pull-out bed, while the other has a double bed. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children. The private balcony offers a stunning view of the sea.

It can be rented separately, since it has a private entrance and the internal staircase can be closed off. It can also be rented in combination with the upper floor apartment of the maisonette, which sleeps 4 additional persons, and consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Balcony to Karlovasi

The house is located very centraly in Neo Karlovasi, a couple of minutes walk from the central square. It is in a very nice, picturesque, colourful and traditional neighborhood of the town. It is halfway uphill providing with stunning views over Karlovasi from the small yard that is just outside the house. The yard is accessible to the guests, with all the accessories (bbq, table, chairs etc). Enjoy magnificent sunsets from the yard or the front window of the house
