Enjoy this newly built & fully equipped 1 bedroom guesthouse. The bedroom has a King size that guest say is "very comfortable" & the living room has a couch that we don’t mind a person sleeping on. This is a well lit & sunny ground floor unit (not a basement) with driveway parking just steps away. The side entrance is private with its own small patio & fenced sideyard. The entire place is handicap accessible. We allow 1 dog but … see below.

The main tudor cottage style home was built in 1925 on a large corner lot and the property features mature, established gardens. Our home is less than a mile from the airport, with easy on/off to Interstate 15, US highways 20 and 26, and a short walk to the beautiful Snake River Greenbelt.
