The Den @ Glen - 1B1B w/ kitchen and private door

The house is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. You will have your own bedroom, bath room, spacious living, dining area and a kitchenette (no stove or oven) with a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a microwave, a small portable electric hot pad, plates, bowls, cups and utensils for simple cooking. You have your own entrance to the space. The kitchenette is the only shared space so the host can access the laundry room. Locks are installed in all other area of the ground floor to ensure your privacy.

Our project to make use of leftover logs turned into a tiny house! Cozy Log Cabin looking out on almost an acre of nature but just minutes from all the DC sites. Perfect for a single escape, a romantic getaway, a small family/group gathering, or a serene remote work location. 1/4 mile to bus and 1.5 miles to DC metro, plenty of free parking. We live in a log home next door - so happy to provide advice on sites/restaurants and directions. No-SMOKING of any kind , NO pets and NO parties allowed.

Charming and spacious one level 1940's stone cottage in the heart of Northern Virginia. Cozy and warm and only 20 minutes out of our nation's capital. Large fully fenced yard for kids, dogs, and outside entertaining. Outdoor amenities include a huge patio seating area, a fire-pit, and a gas grill. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen, two fireplaces and a beautifully decorated living area. Master bedroom is set-up like a resort with a very comfortable king size bed and luxury master bathroom.

N. Virginia convenience to DC and Old town Vienna

This is a finished lower level of a townhouse in a quiet Oakton, Virginia suburb of Washington DC. The private entrance side is above ground. The large French doors allow lots of light in. We are located half way between Regan National and Dulles airports with public transportation to both. The bus stop is 50 yards from the door and the bus trip is less than 2 miles to the Vienna/George Mason University Orange line metro station. You will have key to the private entrance and laundry room.

Cozy basement studio 15 min from DC (+kids +dogs)

Thoughtfully furnished microstudio is a perfect place to call home while visiting the nation's Capital for work or fun. Less than 2 min from the beltway/I66 - easy access to downtown DC, Georgetown, museums, Mt. Vernon, Old Town Alexandria, Arlington National Cemetery, Manassas battlefields & downtown theaters. Metro & trendy Mosaic district with 40+ restaurants, bars, shopping and movies and Fairfax Inova Hospital all less than 5 min away. **PLEASE NOTE: DOGS ONLY - other pets not allowed.
