Our spacious studio guesthouse in Tyrolean Village is only 7kms south of Jindabyne & 30 minutes from the ski fields. It has amazing views, off street parking, a gorgeous bathroom and good storage. It has a queen bed, large TV with streaming services, lots of DVDs, books and free wifi. All linen is supplied. It is only a short walk to the lake and stunning bush- tracks. Also on the site is a Swedish Cedar Sauna available to RENT to soothe those muscles after a hard day of exercise.

Located 15 minutes SE of Jindabyne on the Barry Way, so whilst easy to get to town, you are well and truly in the country with plenty of parking.

This low cost modern space is equipped with kitchenette (no oven or cook top), queen size bed, sofa lounge and small dining table. Sofa lounge sleeps 2 people, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult. This property is just 30 - 40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher, you can enjoy simple style accommodation all year round.

Off-grid Tiny House – Big Yard Escapes, Bushland

Big Yard Escapes has two Tiny Houses set on vast, peaceful bushland near Jindabyne. Mighty gum trees rest on hills rolling down to the rumbling Mowamba River where deer and kangaroos roam.
