This huge, family-friendly, two bedroom apartment boasts sea views and is only 100m away from the beach. This apartment is SUPER child friendly; Duplo, toys, books, jigsaws, DVDs and a Smart TV will all be available for their use. Highchair and travel can be booked prior to arrival. Bedroom 1: one double bed and space for one baby travel cot. Bedroom 2: twin single beds (A travel cot can be put up in either room if you are travelling with a baby. ) Kitchen with breakfast bar, gas hob, electic oven, dishwasher, microwave, huge fridge/freezer, Delonghi Coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all cooking equipment. Lounge/Diner with TV and DVD player. Family Bathroom: Dual power shower, bath with shower head. Heated towel rail. WC (with additional toddler-seat if needed) and wash-hand basin. We are situated above SSL shop ( our children's clothing store (Simply So Lovely) which is mainly operated online- opening hours are 8:45am-11:45am 5 days per week), next door to the Southend Car Park, Hunstanton; Stay SSL is opposite Oasis fitness centre (soft play, rollerskate park, gym, swimming pool with slides, squash courts and fitness classes.) The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6 with additional sofa bed in living room. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is en suite with toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink with over bath shower system. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are allowed at the property up 2 dogs. Park passes are extra to use the site facilities (Off Peak 7 days 21.00pp less than 7 days 18.90pp) ( Peak 7days 29.95pp less then 7 days 26.96pp) !! We do not allow same sex groups or party groups !!! We will remove you from the property if found braking these rules. Season dates for park facility are March - October.
