Αυτόνομο στούντιο 40τμ, ιδανικό για ζευγάρι, στο χωριό Μάρκου, σε απόσταση 10 χλμ από την Δημητσάνα. Κοντινή απόσταση για δραστηριότητες όπως πεζοπορία, επίσκεψη στο φαράγγι του Λούσιου, rafting, ή απλά για γαστρονομικό τουρισμό και επαφή με τη φύση. Το μπαλκόνι στο πάνω μέρος του ξενώνα έχει πανοραμική θέα, όπου βλέπεις τη δύση του ηλίου με τα πιο απίστευτα χρώματα. Ξενωνας για οικογενειες 2-4 ατομων, ιδανικος για οσους αγαπουν τη φυση και την ηρεμια.Βρισκεται σε 3 στρεμματα γκαζον,στην περιοχη του Γαστουριου 7χλμ απο το κεντρο της πολης και 10 λεπτα απο την πιο κοντινη παραλια.Αποτελειται απο σαλοκουζινα, μπανιο, υπνοδωματιο με σοφιτα στο χωρο του υπνοδωματιου και ιδιωτική πισινα.Η οικοδεσποινα μενει σε διπλανο σπιτι και μπορει να σας εξυπηρετησει σε οτιδηποτε χρειαστειτε.Εξω απο το χωρο υπαρχουν κατοικιδια και μικρη φαρμα με κοτες και μποστανι.

Αυτόνομη θέρμανση, πέτρινο τζάκι, μίνι ψυγείο και ηλεκτρικό μάτι για ροφήματα. Η σοφίτα διαθέτει εμφανή ξύλινη οροφή. Δεν διαθέτει μπαλκόνι, αλλά υπάρχουν κοινόχρηστα μπαλκόνια και αυλή. Ξύλα για το τζάκι παρέχονται κατόπιν συνεννόησης. Ψήσιμο στο τζάκι δεν επιτρέπεται.
