Dedicated workspace. Large sectional sofa and coffee table. Entertainment includes 55 in Smart TV & High speed internet Queen bed & all linens. Also cotton sheets Bath has walk in frameless shower. A sweet little cabin originally built in 1909, tucked in the north end of Iredell County. 1,600 sq ft—Newly renovated, fully furnished, and modernized for the comfort of guests. It is a very quiet and calm area, perfect for a weekend escape or place to stay while visiting the surrounding area. Our cabin sits on over 100 acres of property, offering a rustic get-away with modern conveniences, away from the rush and busyness of everyday life. Come take in the beauty of North Carolina.

With a library for the family and a vintage-inspired home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room includes a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. This 900 sq. ft. guesthouse was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.
