The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. This warm and cozy cottage has been freshly remodeled while maintaining its charming character with exposed rock walls in the open floor plan living areas. This quaint area is calling you to grab a book, open the doors to the patio and relax into your own little reading nook. This house offers three bedrooms upstairs located above the walkout basement living area with a full bath upstairs.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful setting. Close to interstate 77 and 40, this rural farm is rustic elegance. With a library for the family and a home theater with classic DVD's, you have plenty to do even on rainy days. The bedroom has a king bed, and the main room has a trundle with two twins and a futon sofa. The 900 sq. ft. guesthouse you'll stay in, was the old welding shop from years ago and gives you access to walking trails and the farm burn pit.

Only 5 minutes away from Lake Norman State Park where you may enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, and boating! Chickadee Farms a quick drive across Troutman (5 miles distance). Downtown Mooresville is a 10 minute drive from the house where there are numerous restaurants / bars and entertainment such as indoor rock climbing, go carting, movies, bowling, and billiards.
