Outside you have access to the hot tub, grill, dining and lounge area. Enjoy two paddle boards and kayaks, together with dock, swim ladder and boat launch.

Spend some time in a charming apartment in one of the most beautiful estates in Iredell County. Located in the country on a 10, 000 square foot, 30-acre estate outside Statesville, North Carolina, Magnolia Manor provides a peaceful respite for relaxation. It features a private entrance on a deck from which you can watch amazing sunsets. Built in 1976, Magnolia Manor is part of the larger estate, which is our family home. We will work to keep any noise to a minimum.

Boating, and jet ski rentals are near by , or just enjoy exploring the quaint town of Mooresville, which offers shopping, restaurants. lake Norman State Park for hiking and Biking. Daveste Vineyard, Raffaldini Vineyard, Lazy Five Ranch, and so much more! We do allow smaller dogs only. The suite is not suitable for large dogs. Only one dog per visit.

The two bedroom duplex apartment has a private entrance and lake views from every room. Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and sunsets on the two story dock. Boat rentals are easily accessible from marinas in the Denver area and the boat can be kept at the dock. Easy commute to Charlotte.
