Situated off of a parkway with mature trees lining the street, this parkside retreat is close to most everything. We are a short drive to Churchill Downs, Downtown, the Airport. Our home sits on one of the most beautiful streets in the entire neighborhood. We are 7 houses from Iroquois Park. It is terrific for walking, hiking, or just having a picnic. We have a privacy fence with a jacuzi tub on the deck. Many updates make this home the perfect choice to relax after a day of fun activities

The home offers two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull-out couch in the living room. Enjoy coffee or a relaxing evening on the back deck. The kitchen is fully equipped and the open living space provides a great area for socializing. Locally made art and decor is on display, adding to the uniqueness of the space. We are located in South Louisville and pretty much centrally located to everything in the City of Louisville. We are 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Churchill Downs, 15 minutes from downtown attractions, close to interstate access and 1 mile from a park. Also, our guests are welcome to relax by our koi ponds and to see my husband’s fish aquariums in his Fish House by just walking through gate at the guest house. We pride ourselves on Southern Hospitality!

This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine. This is an off the grid outdoor experience with a ½ mile gravel road including a steep hill. AWD or 4WD advised.

Carriage home is located on beautiful Arnoldtown Rd. 15 min. from Churchill Downs and 20 min. from downtown Lou. We are 15 minutes from Freedom Hall or the Fairgrounds and 22 miles from Fort Knox. It sits in a natural setting on 5 beautifully landscaped acres. There is a large parking area for those who may need to bring a trailer. Bathroom and bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. Peaceful..in a rural setting but inside the city.
