There are farm animals on the lower backyard of the property (about 100ft away from the house), specifically: Chickens, Roosters, Goats and Horses. You might be able to hear the animals, but we do supply ear plugs for your convenience. Guest house has its own entrance secluded from the main house.

We are close to various local eateries, supermarkets, hiking trails, Santa Fe Dam and Old Town Monrovia. We are less then 20 minutes away from Santa Anita Horse Race, City of Hope and Irwindale Speedway. On Fridays we have a Farmers Market in Old Town. 30 min away from Yamava Casino.

The 800-acre Santa Fe Dam recreational park is also less than 3 miles away, where lots of outdoor recreational activites are available!
