Hilltop Wellness Villa- Gyönyörű nagy ház az erdő szélén, az Pécs Zoo-tól pár lépésre. A ház maximum 10 fő részére (plusz egy kisbaba) számára kényelmes. A házban összesen 3 fürdőszoba van 3 wc-vel. Az alagsorban finn szauna, pezsgőfürdős kád és edzőszoba található futópaddal. A ház előtt nagy füvesitett, karban tartott terület található, illetve 2 szép terasz. A ház bejárat felőli oldalfalán 0-24 órában működő kamera van felszerelve, mely a kapubejárót és a parkolót figyeli és veszi fel.

A házhoz fedett rendezvényhelyiség tartozik kemencével, illetve grillezéshez kialakított területtel. A Vendégházhoz saját parkoló, dézsafürdő és dámszarvasok által lakott kert is tartozik.
