We have 2 cabins...Look for Both ! Our cabins are located on 3.5 acres of Angelina riverfront property with access to a waterfront Pavillion and deck overlooking the river with ample seating with tables, chairs and bar stools along with a propane grill and griddle to cook your meal. Cabin D has 2 queen beds, parking for your boat with an outside receptacle to charge your batteries. Close to public boat ramp and Umphrey Pavilion on Rayburn. (Cabin C has 1 king bed with all the same ammenities)

Property is On the Water! Leave your Boat in the Water and Charge your batteries. Plenty of Space for boat Parking. Deep enough to pull up to shore. Cabin does not have water front view, put property does. Just about 100 yard walk to the water from the cabin. We have “The BunkHouse” cabin located next door that sleeps 4. Makes a Great Getaway for friends or family to coordinate their stays.Adjacent to Angelina National Forest. Pets are Welcome. Also have 2 Canoes, and a Paddle boat for $25 a day

“The Shack” at Brown’s Berry Farm & Venue

Welcome!! We look forward to meeting you & sharing our little piece of heaven with you. The Shack is on our working Blueberry farm. You can enjoy the pond, fishing, swimming, kayaking. Take a hike through the woods along the well beaten trails. Sit for hours around the fire pit, roast hotdogs or s’mores, or just relax. During berry season you can be the first one in the field and/ or the last one out.We are close to Kirbyville, where there are several restaurants, antique stores, and boutiques.

Located just 2 hours from Houston, our little lake house retreat is the perfect getaway. Whether you enjoy sitting around the fire with family and friends, hitting the lake for fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, or just lounging on the large floating water mat, we have you covered. At the end of the day, fire up the Traeger grill or Traeger Flatrock griddle and enjoy dining out on the deck while taking in the amazing views of the lake as the sun goes down. This is a great space for gatherings such as: crawfish boils, family reunions, birthdays, a romantic couple getaway or a family escape from everyday life. Come out and enjoy nature and look at the stars at the Ponderosa. Lake Sam Rayburn is 35 min., Steinhagen Reservoir is 10 min. away and Big Thicket National Game preserve is minutes away. Shooting on property needs approval.

This is a newly constructed cabin located on the Angelina River. Quiet surrounding and just minutes away from the South end of Lake Sam Rayburn and the Umphrey Family Pavilion. With the outdoor enthusiast in mind, there is a range of activities from fishing, hunting, watersports, golf, and dining all within a 10 minute drive. This two bedroom one bath with a loft is perfect for an entertaining getaway for a family with kids or a couples retreat for relaxing with a nice view.

Horner’s Lake House

We are 5 miles from beautiful lake Sam Rayburn. You can fish all day or evening, come home to a fish cleaning station for your catch. Plenty of room to park and charge your boat to be ready for the next day. Private deck/grill and sitting if you choose to cook your meal. Clean hot shower. Living area very clean with large screen TV/movies or books if you choose to read. Queen size bedding for a great nights rest. Very quiet with only the cows, birds and squirrels
