Air Conditioning is in three bedrooms which are installed by the 2nd Sunday of June then removed the last Sunday of Sep.

The House of the Setting Sun is a great place to rest, relax & re-energize. Located in a family friendly neighborhood, while still within walking distance to restaurants & close to downtown Newport. The apt has its own dedicated WiFi, easy for working remotely. Downstairs is a room with a ping pong/pool table. You will have your own deck, where you can sit & enjoy a cup of coffee to begin your day or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets. Hosts on site and ready to assist if needed.

Enjoy a top-notch experience at this newly renovated townhouse with free access to outdoor pools and hot tub and fire pit. Located 5 minutes from mountain! Take in all the amazing mountain air :)) For access to spa, indoor hot-tub with waterfall, indoor pool, steam, sauna, Fitness Center and shuttle to the ski resort a day rate of $78 fee is required (maximum of 6 people) additional guests may be added at $25 per day per guest. We love all dogs and your well behaved pet is welcome The house is very comfortable, with all utilities big and small including coffee machine, nespresso machine, food processor, etc Jay Peak is the best ski resort of the East, guaranteed the best snow no matter the conditions. Great for skiing and snowboarding, on the slopes and in the glades.

The Notchbrook Nook is nestled at the top of Notchbrook road in a group of condos that overlook beautiful views and is only minutes from Stowe Mountain Resort. The pool is open for summer months until Labor Day & reopens in late November for ski season. The Matterhorn restaurant sits at the bottom of the road and is a must experience Aprés spot. You are literally less than 10 mins from the slopes & downtown restaurants/shops. The condo and Notchbrook property are NON-smoking.

There are very few properties with closer access to the mountain than Notchbrook. Our location provides easy access to both the mountain with all its amenities, or to the town and surrounding areas.
