The Balcony Suite is an intimate space with a private bathroom. It was recently Restored/Renovated with new furnishings and fixtures. Monday-Friday 8-5 we're not a quiet corner but on any night it’s relaxing, providing a restful night. Our neighbor, Race & Religious, hosts weddings with live music but never past 11PM. The front balcony overlooking Race St, two doors from Magazine St and MoJo Coffee, is a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Wonderfully walkable neighborhood.

Jones Point Inn - Great Fishing-Swamp Tours

This is the place for you if you have booked a Charter Fishing Trip in Lafitte, LA. Very easy on-boarding to any of the local Charter Fisherman as the property is located on the Inter-coastal Waterway. Advise your Charter Captain that you are staying right next to Frank's boat launch in Crown Point and they may pick up there. Lafitte, LA is home to some of the best fishing in South Louisiana. Great place to Relax at this peaceful cottage. Swamp Tours nearby (2 blocks away).
