She sleeps 5 and includes a private bathroom with shower, and a full kitchen. Your covered patio will have a firepit, grill & hammock & a short walk to all the fun & water activities. Boats & lifejackets provided. Progress Park is a shared glamping property with 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house.

Bourbon Trail Beauty Guest Room

Peaceful, relaxed home just miles to Iroquois Park, the airport, Churchill Downs, U of L and St. James. Downtown, Germantown & the Highlands are less than 15 minutes away, while Frankfort Ave. and the riverfront are about 20ish. Registered guests are invited to share my living room, kitchen/dining room, fenced in backyard with a firepit available and grill. I am always happy to share info about local restaurants and things to do, but will do my best to be "invisible" unless you need me.

You will enjoy a private room with a queen bed, a small private bath and my game room with pool table, dart board, games and large tv with an electric fireplace. We are 5 blocks from Iroquois Park and just 2.3 miles to Churchill Downs and University of Louisville. I have kayaks you may rent as well as a regular and an electric bike to rent. Mugsy's bunk house is cute as can be! While small in size, it's big on amenities and charm! It sleeps 7, and is complete with kitchenette, full bath and outdoor living room w/ couch & TV. Includes a hammock, table, firepit/chairs and charcoal grill. 2 add'l shared bathrooms avail. It is near our small fishing pond(no swimming).
