We are approximately a one hour drive to Yosemite (39 miles) along Hwy 140 which meanders through beautiful canyons with the Merced River in full view. My husband and I live on the adjacent property .

The space is large enough to accommodate 3 guests with a queen bed, futon bed, large kitchen, full bath, covered parking, Wifi, and a flat screen TV.
