Cosy, hideaway cottage in 2 acres of forest!

Holmhead cottage: Enchanting 200 year old cosy cottage set in approx. 2 acres of its own grounds, located in the heart of Royal Deeside, a tranquil and peaceful setting, near woods and pine trees. A home away from home! It has been in my family for generations and we have finally decided to open it's doors for holiday lets. Beautiful modern fisherman's cottage in the coastal village of Lower Largo. Just across the road from stunning beaches and harbour. The cottage is contemporary and bright, having been lovingly renovated. The downstairs has an open plan living area and kitchen. A double bedroom on the first floor and a cozy twin loft room with is accessed via a stair in the main bedroom. Loved by kids. There is a modern shower room. Guests have access to a walled garden. The downstairs family bathroom includes a shower/bath combination whilst the upstairs shower room provides facilities close to the sleeping quarters, made up of a sizeable master bedroom and a large twin room.

Conservation Area Cottage

This is the cutest cottage in Pittenweem. The cottage is extremely cosy and welcoming. Although having been recently updated with a new bathroom and kitchen along with a remodeled living room the original integrity is maintained. The home provides everything you will need to enjoy your stay (including tea, coffee, salt & pepper, cooking oil, tinfoil etc.). While being a quiet location a short walk of a couple of minutes will see you at the local baker, post office and the harbour.

We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Pinewood cottage

Beautiful views from a great vantage point on Bennachie this rustic cottage is ideally located for hillwalking, sightseeing or simply getting away from it all. Only 10 minutes drive from Inverurie and a short walk over the hill from the pitodrie house hotel which offers luxury dining and a cozy bar. There is also a riding school nearby and of course all the walking trails are on your doorstep. We are pet friendly but the garden is not enclosed.
