If you ever wondered if separate bathrooms were worth it, they are! You will just love visiting Laurel.

Our Little Farmhouse

This 1920's treasure holds nearly 100 years of special memories for our family. It has recently been lovingly renovated and restored and is very comfortable. Much of the original shiplap, beaded-board, and heart pine floors have been retained and restored, as well as much of the original exterior and front porch. There are two bedrooms and two baths downstairs. Upstairs offers a loft play area and a small bedroom with two twin beds. This home is located just 5 minutes from downtown Laurel.

Covered parking near the entry. The Magnolia Guesthouse was featured on HGTV’s Home Town S5, Ep12. Sadly, wasn't chosen, but we did a full remodel shortly thereafter. Our place accommodates 4 guests with a brand new premium Casper queen size mattress and a new Kendale pull-out couch. Located across from the beautiful Mason park in Laurel with its fenced dog park! 1.2 miles from downtown on the only avenue with a bike lane. Close to the main grocery stores and restaurants. Less than 1 mile from the Historic District.
