This 60 m2 apartment is ideal for couples on an Europe trip, it's a true home-away-from-home. And it's the perfect spot to explore the city of Utrecht from. Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Feel welcome at this modern and clean apartement on the top 2 floors of my house, only a 15 minute walk from the center of Utrecht. You're 5min from the train to Amsterdam and I’m sure you'll enjoy Utrecht as much as I! The apartement is located on the 2 topfloors of a midcentury house. It can be closed off and you'll have all the privacy you'll need. But, I live downstairs and we share the frontdoor & hallway during your stay, so it is not a place for parties and loud groups.

You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
