We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Located in the vicinity of a Czech Mountain resort Klinovec, our Loft apartment offers a comfortable and cosy home base for your skiing, hiking, biking or spa-wellness holiday. 54 m2 newly refurbished Loft with fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, balcony, storage space for bicycles​ and an infra sauna is located on the 4th floor of a house with a lift. We can comfortably accommodate four ​guests plus two more should you wish to use the living room sofa.

The affordable apartment is situated in the most desirable area of the city, so you can explore on foot the heart of Karlovy Vary. It is fully furnished in a smart and tidy fashion, and it also has a big fridge, small cooking machine, washing machine with built-in dryer, and microwave. There is a smart TV. The two rooms have no separate entrances. There is also fast wifi. Not a luxury accommodation but very nice and with a brand new heating system.
