Perfect for couples or singles, this fabulous apartment is located right in Claremont! Enjoy all the benefits that come from being so close to Claremont. Getting around is easy, with public transport on the doorstep. The use of space, decor & furnishings combine for a cosy yet still light feel. The cute little deck will lure you out for a morning cuppa. Enjoy the birds and trees.

Spacious Guest Suite near UWA/hospital/Kings Park

Our spacious, 100 year old Guestsuite is walking distance to UWA, Perth Children’s Hospital, Sir Charles Gairdner and Hollywood Hospital. It consists of a large lounge room which connects on to a spacious bedroom with a large newly renovated ensuite. Access is via a private entry at the front of our house. We live at the back of the house so are readily available onsite to meet your needs. Please note there is no washing machine or cooking facilities. We have recently installed an aircon!

Located approx. halfway between Perth and Fremantle and close to public transport, the self contained one bedroom unit is fully equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. There is a full sized fridge, oven , gas cooktop and dishwasher. The bathroom also contains a washing machine and separate clothes dryer. Within 10 minutes walking distance of a major suburban shopping centre, and a short drive to the Swan river and ocean beaches. There is free on street parking.
