Lake District Homestay is a three bedroom fully furnished home with free WiFi, 50” TV, cable channels, a beautiful garden, fire place and free parking space. It’s suitable for individuals and small groups of people and families. Guests are offered daily breakfast free of charge. Chef services are available upon request. The home offers bar and grill services, camping tents and sleeping bags for guests who wish to camp in the garden.

Enjoy your time here with your family and friends with a 30min distance to Queen Elizabeth National Park and Mount Rwenzori tracks. This is a family home rented out when we are not there. We are a Danish/Ugandan family and employ a few staff from the local community to manage the house and help our visitors enjoy their stay. NB! Due to limited availability of wifi services in the area, the house is not equipped with wifi. The house was listed a few years ago, and has been fully renovated.

The Observatory Queen Elizabeth Lodge

A holiday home/safari lodge perched on top of the Kichwamba escarpment overlooking Queen Elizabeth National Park. It allows you to enjoy clear views of Lakes, Nyamusingire, Edward and George, the Kazinga channel, herds of elephants crossing and if weather permits, the Mountains of the Moon without having to pay the park fees every day.
