Unique Kas home with idyllic garden and sea views

This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Our self-made bungalow is an ideal escape for a very relaxing holiday in the middle of the nature. From the small balcony you can enjoy breakfasts, overlooking the Mediterranean and the mountains. Inside the bungalow you will find a small kitchen which provides everything for preparing your breakfast (fridge, water-heater, cups, plates etc.). A small wooden bathroom includes shower (hot water available) and toilet.

Kalkan İslamlar köyü'nde yer alan Villa Piraye, 3 suit yatak odalı olup 6 kişilik konaklamaya sahiptir.Konfor ve fonksiyonelliğin üst seviyede tutulduğu, modern çizgilerle bütünleşmiş bu lüks villada, 2 adet jakuzi ,Kapalı havuz, Sauna ve Hamam da bulunmaktadır. Havuz ve havuz terası çok göz önünde bulunmayan villamız, siz değerli misafirlerini bekliyor...

Doğa içerisinde villa Kibele

Villamız kalkana araçla 5 dk mesafede çevresinde marketler ve restoranlar vardır. Manzarası muhteşemdir. Huzur dolu bir tatil için villamız siz misafirlerimizi beklemektedir. Villamızın havuzu normale göre geniş ve büyüktür 50 metrekaredir. Uzakta olsa patara deniz manzarası(iki dağın arasında uzaktan gözüken) vardır.
