Close to all of your Toowoomba events, this quiet, spacious, studio is amongst nature on the Toowoomba escarpment. It has beautiful views of the Lockyer Valley and distant mountain ranges. It's just 4 min drive to Gabbinbar Homestead, 8 min to the Uni of South Qld and 10 min to the Toowoomba town centre. Enjoy an afternoon drink on the deck and possibly spot a koala, take a dip in our pool. The spacious studio has its own kitchen, internet, fireplace for winter and aircon for summer.

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. This is not a large space but has most things you need when traveling.

Modern & spacious 7 bedroom home, 2 bathrooms, and great living dining area that flows out onto a north facing patio. Close to Gabbinbar Homestead (2km) and Preston Peak Winery (8.5km). Set on a 600m2 block in a quiet street of Toowoomba most sort after suburb. Double garage, wifi, 2x smart tv & BBQ. STRICTLY NO PETS, or noise after 10pm. I’ve had complaints from neighbours & council for unattended dogs barking and partying after 10pm. Any further complaints may result in eviction.

Located in a peaceful neighbourhood (range-side) near Gabbinbar Homestead, Middle Ridge golf course, local shops and only a 5 minute drive to USQ and 9 minutes to Preston Peak Winery.

This clean modern 3 bedroom private duplex has much to offer and is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Close to the University, Kearney Springs Sporting Fields, Gabbinbar Homestead & the Japanese Gardens. The home is fully self contained, all linen provided and reverse cycle air con. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook at home. I provide tea and coffee as well as basic pantry items. NBN internet available. Please enquire specifically re: pets.
