No additional fees! Wake up to the sounds and sights of a relaxing Adirondack stream in quaint, little Elizabethtown, NY. The building is in our backyard and the inside is roughly 10x12, with a queen size bed, dresser, a mini-fridge, coffee maker, outlets, a light inside and on the open porch, TV and heat/fan. Enjoy your morning coffee or read a book sitting by the fire. Please bring your own linens for the queen size bed and towels. Blankets for inside use provided. The shower/toilet are shared

We are 12 minutes to Vergennes restaurants and shops, 25 minutes to Middlebury and 45 minutes to Burlington

Whiteface, restaurants, convenience store / gas, fishing, hiking, cycling / mountain biking all close (walk to store, beach). The home is on the market, so occasional daytime showings may be requested with 24+ hours notice. We coordinate to minimize any disruption and will always respect your schedule.
