Offering spacious accommodation for 4 people in two bedrooms. A large kitchen/diner is well equipped with everything you need to prepare your own hearty meals, however Kelso has a good selection of restaurants, pubs and cafes. Convenient for the races, events at Springwood, beautiful countryside and just an hours drive from Edinburgh.

Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. Tea, coffee, fresh milk facilities are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. Work trips or friends travelling there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.
