This upstairs suite is in an historic 1917 cottage, in downtown Anchorage, and is a rare find! Steps away from restaurants, bars, convention center, bus station, museum, bike trails, parks and pubs. It shares the building with a hair salon on the main level. With a private entrance, it is upstairs under the attic eaves, so the bathroom ceiling is slanted (FYI super tall people!) quality towels & linens, a full-sized pull out sofa bed in the living room, the queen bed is cool gel memory foam!

This is a second story downtown deluxe suite with views of the beautiful Cook Inlet. 2 blocks from the court house, restaurants, art galleries, near the coastal trail. This beautiful top floor apartment has granite counters, wall fireplace, large outdoor deck, soaking tub, and full laundry. We are 2.5 miles from the Dimond Shopping Center, 6.4 miles from Downtown, 4.9 miles from Hilltop Ski Hill, and and 38.8 miles from Alyeska Ski Resort. There are multiple activities and restaurants within 2 miles of the house.
